All of our items are produced at our facilities. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to produce your custom item(s) and a couple of days for shipping, depending on where you live. We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible and have rush order options. Please understand that creating a custom item for you takes time.

You can add additional shipping destinations to your order. Let us know where you would like your item(s) shipped by typing it into the special instructions box on the check out page, if it can be done we will do it.

Rush Orders

If you need an item quickly, Rush production may be the way to go. Rush production will ensure that your items are produced within 1 week and shipping will be expedited. A 20% RUSH charge will be added to your total for orders over $75. All other orders will be charged $15 for RUSH production. During high volume holiday seasons production times and rush services may vary. If you need something sent overnight for a special occasion, call our friendly customer service department at 347.724.6899


We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) as well as money orders. We do not ship C.O.D. To pay for your order with a money order: 1) Select and design your item(s) online. 2) Print out your order with your design specifications. 3) Mail your order along with a money order in the exact total amount including shipping to: Post Office Box 3634-Rockefella Plaza, New York NY, 10185

We believe in delivering our product to you as quickly as possible and at a reasonable price. Shipping FREE for all orders over $50 and just $5.95 for smaller orders. We use several carriers (USPS, UPS & FedEx) to ensure the fastest possible delivery, with 1-3 day shipping time on most orders. This does not include the production time of your personalized order. You will be emailed your order tracking number once it is shipped.

Canadian Orders

Shipping charges on Canadian orders are FREE for orders over $50 and just $11.90 for smaller orders. Items shipped to Canada will be shipped USPS and should be expected to arrive in 5 to 7 days, not including production time.

To Place an Order

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by phone during normal business hours. There is a chance during times of high call volume all lines may be busy, please leave us a message or call back in a few minutes.

Change to Order

We encourage you to double check your order before placing it, but understand that you may want to make a change after the fact. If you desire to make a change, you must notify us within 24 hours by either email or phone. After 24 hours we can not guarantee your order can be changed.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be done within 24 hours after placing an order. There will be a 25% restocking fee based on the price of the order (shipping is excluded).

Licensed, Trademarked, or Patented Designs

In ordering custom printed merchandise, you the customer, represent that all materials used in making the product will not cause the violation of any law, rule, judicial decision, regulation, franchise or similar agreements, informal or formal, oral or written relating to trademarks, ordinance, or copyrights service marks etc.

Back orders & Discontinued Item

We try very hard to keep ample supplies of our products on hand, however every so often we find ourselves out of stock. We will make every effort to contact you if the product you ordered is temporarily out of stock or discontinued. In either case you can substitute another item of equal or lesser value or get a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We will not accept a return unless the order is defective or the wrong item(s) is received. We will not accept returns based on size discrepancies or color discrepancies arising from viewing the item(s) on our website.

All orders are thoroughly examined and counted by at least two members of our production staff to ensure that item sizes (where applicable) and quantities are accurate. All items are also examined for defects prior to shipping. PUPAH is not responsible for any problems with orders that have been opened or left unattended after they are delivered. We will not accept a returned order that has been washed or worn.

If a problem does arise with your order, please contact a customer service representative at or call 347.724.6899 within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please do not send items back to us without getting a Return Authorization number from us first. Items will not be accepted for return if a Return Authorization is not issued within two weeks of receipt.
